That Time of Year

Well the water table was down, but not anymore.
I am ready for it to stop, sick of wearing rubber boots in the barn and around the Greenhouse.
It's enough already.
Market List-
Sauté' or Stir Fry Spicy Greens Mixture with Kale, Lambs Quarter, Mustard, Radish and Arugula
Spring Wild Salad Mix- Similar but baby, tender pieces
Duck eggs
Heirloom tomatoes- Azoychka Russian, Green Zebra, Snow White Cherry, Thai Turtle Egg Grape, Paul Robeson, Green Copia, Black Krim, Purple Carbon, Black From Tula, Golden SunRay,
Amish Paste, Arkansas Traveler, Chocolate Cherry, Japanese Black Triefle, Mortgage Lifter,
Dr. Wyche, Pork Chop, Gypsy and some more I can't think of.
Hybrids- Non GMO- Lemon Boy, Pink Girl, Early Girl and Juliet Grape
We will also have Serrano Peppers, Eggplant and Cucumbers
All grown in Organic Potting mix
Next week we will have Lamb again for your Memorial Day Barbeques

Love to tell you more, but Becca and I put in another 200 tomatoes today, laid landscape fabric, chased animals and potted uncountable trays for the market. So we both are out for the count.
See you at the market Saturday- Rain or Shine

God's Blessings on you and yours,

TTFN,

Sam and Bill
