Just Plain ol' News

This week I have no introspection to offer as the season wanes. As the market winds down, ever nearing the summer conclusion, this week we still have a lovely Rainbow Cherry mix to bring to Tower Grove Market tomorrow. The mix will include, Principe Borghese, Black and Chocolate Cherry, Lemon Drop -all heirlooms as well as Indigo Rose a slightly larger tomato full of antioxidants and SunGolds. We will also have SunGold sold by the pint, tomatillos, a few lbs of Pesticide free pie apples, Perilla or Shiso an Asian Basil and Certified Naturally Grown Bouquets. All of our normally available value added products come along with us.

For our winter markets in the greenhouse, we have radishes and cilantro coming along. Egyptian Walking Onions are in the raised beds and we have plans to dig our first sweet potatoes next week-end when Billy is home for our 19th anniversary. What a present huh? He gets to dig sweet potatoes.
Five Grassfed lambs are being raised and the dried tomato experiment has yielded a couple of gallons for everyone's enjoyment.

That's all for now. See you all tomorrow. Listen for the call of  ...L e m o n a d e

God's blessings on you and yours.

TTFN,

Sam and Bill
