Market List~
Non GMO Chicken or Cayuga Duck eggs, Spring OnionsSalad Mix, Kale bunches, Leeks, Pecans, Jelly, Granola, Grass Fed Lamb, Whole Chickens and various Tomato, Vegetable and Herb plants.

Well, Market season is upon us again. As unready as we are, it's a good thing because we are loaded down with eggs. The chickens are laying like crazy and the ground is scattered with Cayuga duck eggs. Speaking of the Cayuga ducks, Jean Ponzi invited me on her Podcast, Earthworms on Tuesday and we talked quite a bit about them as well as the St. Croix sheep and the other Slow Food crops on the Farm. The broadcast will air in a few weeks. Billy is healing nicely but sitting on him to keep him from walking is taking up too much of the time that I don't have, while caring for him and all of the farm stuff.

More Market news;I found out yesterday that I will have the same space as last year but it will be smaller as they are adding more vendors to the Market this year. Hopefully they will move Biver back into the Square also. So we have a lot of lamb to bring but the chops were all bought at the Drop last week. We do have 3 kinds of steak, the neck roasts and a small leg as well as various other pieces. you should really try the steaks, much cheaper than Chops but still delicious and versatile.

That's it for now, we'll see you Saturday and hopefully you need some eggs.

See you Saturday.

TTFN,

Sam and Billy(home but not busy, instead-healing)
