and Finally...Market

Market List; Non GMO Free Range Slow Food Cayuga Duck Eggs and Chicken Eggs, Egyptian Walking Onions, some Mixed Head Lettuces, Mesclun  Salad Mix and Radishes. For the Tomato Plants, we will be bringing the Hybrids; Early Girl and Lemon Boy, Heirlooms; Pantano Romanesco, Japanese Black, Caspian Pink, Violet Jasper, Black Plum, Amish Paste and Pork Chop, maybe a couple of others.(We still have about 15 more varieties that are kinda small.) Herbs; Parsley, Dill and Scarlet Bee Balm.
Value Added; Smoked Tomatillo Salsa, Granola and Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly. You will need to ask for these items, they will not be displayed.

So it's going to be a unique experience at the Market this weekend. No handling of product. We will have a sample of what we have for viewing but none of the usual perusal. It's very sad really but at least we are able to be there and share our bounty with you. It seems that they will still have the park blocked off so you will have to park and walk to us. It's all very hard to imagine but thems the rules folks. Lets hang in there though, we'll get through it.

We have about 100 tomato plants in so far. Yesterday, I planted Schronce's Black Peanut plants. There are beets, 5 kinds of sunflowers, zinnias, parsley and Mache. It's been amazing what a difference Bill being home has been as far as getting stuff in early. There is still too much to do but at least there is less of it. Lol.

We'll see you Saturday in the park. Let's give it a chance.

God's Blessings on you and yours,

TTFN,

Bill and Sam
