We're Back

Fira, Santorini Greece above the Caldera

Market List; Grass Fed Lamb, Heirloom Tomatoes, Rainbow Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon Cucumbers,
Egyptian Walking Onions, Salad Mix, Bright Lights Swiss Chard, Kentucky Wonder Pole Beans, Wax Beans, Pears and Tomatillos

So most of you know that we took some time off and went to Greece for our 25th anniversary. It was very weird to be gone from the market for 2 weekends, I was thinking of you each Saturday.
Of course leaving the farm always has consequences. My good friend Jeff watched the farm and could not figure out the differences between all the different varieties of tomatoes and what was ripe and when. He was also confused by the tomatillos and the lemon cucumbers.

Seven lambs were born, one rejected by it's mom while we were gone AND a tree fell on the porch. Still we had a good time, a once in a lifetime trip.

We're putting out an offer for Whole Lamb for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner. They will weigh about 15 to 25 lbs. hanging weight and will be 7.50 per lb. We have 8 available from this Spring's lambs. We've had a really good year and everyone is lambing again so we will have a full barn with winter coming on. So reserve one for your family dinner now.

So we'll be back Saturday with lots of produce, some tomatoes, salsa and pickles. Wear something warm. High of 62.

God's blessings on you and yours,

TTFN

Sam and Bill
