So the Summer Season didn't so much as end with a bang as the harvest spilled into the Winter Markets. The It's so hard to believe that the Thanksgiving Market is upon us again. This weekend we will be at Schlafly Microbrewery for the Maplewood Farmers Market. We should have lamb for all the Winter Markets.
There are 6 legs available for your holiday dinner so reserve them fast. Call Sam @ 573-259-1533. Get a free jar of Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly to glaze each Leg purchased.
Going simple this year and just having people for the game? Check out our 2 kinds of bratwurst made at the famous Swiss Meat Company. Rosemary&Thyme as well as Cherry to follow our theme of Chewy Cherry Granola and Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly. All other cuts are available, chops, steaks, stew, organ and we will have some ground lamb this time.
Look for sauces, jams and chutneys to spice things up at both holiday dinners and it's time to start thinking of items to fill stockings or for Hanukkah gifts.
Yummy Greens, dill and Cilantro are on the bill of fare. We hope to see you Saturday at Schlafly Microbrewery for the Maplewood Farmers Market.
