Gina and I were both gone for the last several days so it's been a mad scramble around here to get ready for tomorrow's market at Schlafly in Maplewood. Gina's done pretty well...me, not so much...
In any case, tomorrow we will have turnip green bunches, a Spicy Stir Fry Greens
mix featuring arugula, turnip greens and cress. In addition, our very tender, beautiful salad mix, a couple of lbs of asparagus as well as some radishes. As usual there will be granola, Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly and assorted canned goods.
This week there will be about 28 varieties of tomato plants, mostly Heirlooms and Ancho Poblano Peppers for your perusal and shopping enjoyment and a few herbs. See you there.
