Catching up

Trying to get this in a little earlier than normal. It has been a crazy busy week. The sheep hooves finally got trimmed, lots of produce coming in and I even got some pickles made. This week at the market look for -

Certified Naturally Grown;

Lady Slipper and Purple Plum Radishes

Tomatillos

Rainbow Cherry Mix tomatoes(Sun gold, Black plum, Black cherry, Indigo rose, Riesentraube)

Okra

Savory Summer Mix(Radish Greens, Purslane, Lambs Quarter, Wood Sorrel, Kale and Chard)

Purslane- Yummy and full of Omega 3's

Lemon Cucumbers

Pickling Cucumbers

Amish Paste Tomatoes

and

Kentucky Wonder Pole Beans

Come to the market and sample some pickles, salsa, Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly.

Look for lamb in 2 weeks-
