Full Speed Ahead to the Holiday Markets

This Saturday-November 14th- we will be At TOWER GROVE Farmers Market- IN the PARK

NOVEMBER 21@ SCHLAFLY - 7620 Southwest Ave

DECEMBER 12th for TOWER GROVE @ The City Garden Montessori School
December 21st  @  Schlafly

Okay folks. This is the tricky part of the Market Season. It's important to check your blog, market websites etc. It gets kinda confusing this time of year because Schlafly tries to get us in before both holiday markets so that you can get all the stuff you need for your holiday meals and pick up your gifts for your friends and family. Plus you add in the venue change for Tower Grove and it does become a little mind boggling especially since we change back to the last of the month for Schlafly after the Holidays. Not to worry, we will keep you up to date on both markets so you know where to find your Slow Food.

This week the Market list includes, Grass Fed Lamb. We are picking up the newly processed one tomorrow and will again have Steaks and Chops, 2 smaller Leg of Lamb along with the 2 larger ones.
For holiday meals additions or gifts; Cherry Serrano Pepper Jelly, Garlicky Chili Sauce, Apple Butter and Apple Chutney, both made with pesticide free apples. We still have plenty of pickles and pickled peppers for those heat lovers in your life.
We did not get a frost yet so we are still bringing a small amount of Rainbow Cherry Tomato Mix and Tomatoes for slicing.
Look for our Super Food Salad Mix featuring Red Ruby Lettuce, Arugula, Mustard, Beet, Chard, Escarole, Lambs Quarter, Kale, Purslane and Chickweed.
We will have Sam's Famous Salsa for at least this week and Smoked Tomatillo Salsa for awhile.
Still bringing those Amazing, crunchy Pesticide free apples
We had such fun at The Art of Food last weekend. Thanks to everyone who donated and came out to help. Don't forget that another way to support your Local Farmer is to turn up at the Farmers Formal that Earth Dance is holding this weekend.

Cortney and I will see you Saturday and since the temperature will be around 64, I probably will not be wearing my insulated bib overalls... I know you are disappointed so to cheer you up, we will have Lemonade. I will guess for the last time this season.

God's Blessings on you and Yours,

TTFN

Sam and Bill
