Spring is here?

Tower Grove Market List-1618 Tower Grove Avenue
Grass Fed Lamb- Yes we will have BURGER and Legs of for holiday meals
Smoked Tomatillo Salsa, 4 varieties of Granola and many interesting condiments.
You know how I like to keep life intriguing.

Lots of interesting stuff going on at the Farm lately. It's so hard to believe that we will be setting up back at Tower Grove Park for the summer in just 4 weeks. We've had about 10 lambs born since last market. Half boys for lamb and half girls for more LAMBS. This guy in the picture will be next years sire. With all our white ewes, he should throw some color into the mix.
I'm thinking about the name Indigo.
We've been planting about 40 varieties of tomatoes in the basement.
Bill has been working on a new Greenhouse/High tunnel for me that will be ready this week. It's made almost entirely of reclaimed materials. Pictures next time.

Bumblebee and Friends
Bumblebee has been adapting nicely. I watched her playing tag with the lambs yesterday. She always looks sad with that dark mask on but she is a happy little bee. We'll see you tomorrow at The Montessori School. 9-1.

God's Blessings on you and yours
